including StyleDiary.net, MyStyleDiary.com, and MyStyleDiary.net (herein
referred to as the "Website"). Please review these terms of use, which govern
your use of, and purchase of products from our website.
By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have
read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to
these terms then please do not use this website.

You and StyleDiary agree that the law of the State of California, U.S.A. will
apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and to StyleDiary. In addition,
you and StyleDiary agree and consent that the courts of Los Angeles County,
California, U.S.A. will have exclusive jurisdiction and be the exclusive venue
for any legal actions relating to this Agreement or to the services provided
hereunder. Customers agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless StyleDiary,
its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees, from any claims and
expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to
member's use of StyleDiary’s service. If any part of this agreement is unacceptable to you,
you must immediately terminate your usage of StyleDiary.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
StyleDiary provides users with various tools to use and participate in
activities on the Website and/or events StyleDiary participates in (the
"Service"). Such as, but not limited to, tools to: view, contribute, modify,
and edit Content, and communicate with other users.
The Service may include advertisements and these advertisements are necessary
for StyleDiary to provide the Service. The Service may also include certain
communications from StyleDiary, such as service announcements and
administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of
StyleDiary membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.
Any new features added to the current Service shall be subject to this
agreement, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may
involve third party fees. You are responsible for those fees, including those
fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition,
you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the
Service.
The amount of content a user is allowed is currently unlimited.
However, restrictions are likely to be imposed at a later time.

REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of
legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services

You understand that all Content, whether publicly posted or privately
transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content
originated. This means that you, and not StyleDiary, are responsible for all
Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via
the Service. StyleDiary does not control the Content posted via the Service
and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such
Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to
Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances
will StyleDiary be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not
limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or
damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted,
emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
You agree to not use the Service to:

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
StyleDiary reserves the right in its sole discretion to restrict your access to
the Website and/or terminate your account without notice for any violation or
threatened violation of this Agreement. Upon voluntary or involuntary
termination of your account, your access to the Website immediately will be
blocked and your content stored on the Website may be deleted. StyleDiary has
no obligation to return or restore deleted content. This Agreement shall
survive termination or expiration of your Customer Agreement.
StyleDiary reserves the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that
are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.

WEBSITE CONTENTS, OWNERSHIP, AND RESTRICTIONS
By posting any Content to the public areas of the Website, you hereby grant to
StyleDiary the non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, publicly
perform and display such Content on the Website. This license will terminate at
the time you remove such Content from the Website.
You represent and warrant that you own the Content posted by you on the Website or
