It's been so hot and sunny in Los Angeles the past couple of weeks, it's almost impossible not to want to be out on the town when evening rolls around. Girls dressed in chic silk jumpers and 70s inspired looks are everywhere, living it up Hollywood style in a city that's notorious for its cool restaurants and nightlife. It's impossible to resist going out, which is exactly why I ducked into the Burberry Prorsum trunk show at the Beverly Hills hotel this past week, where the designer was showcasing its upcoming collection. It's like the edgier, sassier twin of the classic English brand. Afterwards, I met a few local hipsters for low-key sushi at Izakaya on Third Street, where we spotted Lindsay Lohan and her paparazzi swarm minutes before ditching the chaos for a lower key venue down the road. Ah, Hollywood. I love you!
