Fashion people know that there are certain cities where locals just breathe style, the type of places that other fashionistas flock to in hopes that it might rub off on them (or at least land them the perfect find). New York is one of these kind of places, where even the little kids dress cool and next year’s trends whisk by left and right. It’s where we spotted today’s Perfect Stranger, who takes five of the most basic things and whips up a snacky style combination. Not only does it look super cool, but it’s also very easy to do!
